WHOA outdoor adventure weekend that is open to scouts and the public. Using special call sign W1M. Will operate on Saturday between 9am and 3pm ET on SCOTA recommended frequencies and others as conditions dictate, with details posted on Ham Radio Operators face book page throughout the day. A special QSL card is available for a 4×6 sase to my home qth. One first class stamp should be enough. Paper logging is used and there will probably be some delay in mailing qsl cards.
